Located 96 kms north of Fort Nelson, Tetsa River Regional Park offers 25 private, unserviced forested camp sites, day use area with picnic shelter and a children's playground. Foot access to the beautiful Tetsa River provides an opportunity for fly or rod fishing and wildlife viewing. Camp fees include firewood and are $20 per night, and by reservation only. Open May-September annually. Please note that picnic shelter and playground are closed under COVID-19 measures.

The Canadian Museum of Flight is a great family day out. We inspire young people towards a passion for aviation and for science and technology more generally. We tell stories of our rich Canadian aviation history, stories people want to hear and stories people want told. Our hangar is packed with interesting displays and models, fascinating memorabilia and more. Our Museum is a very hands-on facility. Many of our aircraft can be touched, gently. Children can discover aircraft made not only from aluminum, but also from wood and fabric. Weather permitting, several aircraft are open for sitting and dreaming by kids (of all ages). Photo op! Playland is part of the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) fairgrounds in Vancouver and is BCs most famous amusement park. Playland features exhilarating rides and attractions for all ages, exciting midway games, mini-golf, a climbing wall, haunted mansion and a variety of delicious food. Playland offers over 35 rides and attractions, including four exciting roller coasters. One of the most loved and talked about attractions at Playland is the historic Wooden Roller Coaster.
