The Fort St. John North Peace Museum tells the story of the Fort St. John region from the dinosaurs to the oil and gas industries of today. Learn more about Indigenous people, the fur trade, homesteaders, and the development of Fort St. John and the North Peace region of British Columbia. Come explore a tepee, trapper's cabin, blacksmith's shop, 1921 school room, 1930s dentist office, missionary chapel, 1930 Outpost Hospital room, 1910 BC Police Barracks and Jail, Finch's General Store, and more! Try interactive activities like sorting mail in our post office. Our gift shop is a fabulous place to find books on the Peace Region, BC, Alberta, and the Yukon. We have a wide variety of souvenirs, clothing, stuffed animals, jewellery, and gifts. Our archives can help answer requests about the North Peace from photographs to genealogy. We're open Monday to Saturday year-round.

Built in 1989 by owner/operator Chris Bennett from locally salvaged red cedar, Blackfish Lodge is a charming, family-run fly-in floating lodge located in British Columbia Canada, within the new Great Bear Rainforest, about 30 miles east of the northern end of Vancouver Island. Blackfish Lodge offers both fresh and saltwater fishing opportunities for all skill and experience levels. When you fish with us there are no pre-set fishing hours, we will fish each day as conditions and your preferences guide us. Huble Homestead Historic Site is a turn of the century heritage attraction located north of Prince George, BC, on Lheidli T'enneh keyoh. This living history museum, open daily from Victoria Day to Labour Day, is located alongside the Fraser River and offers visitors a glimpse of settler life in northern British Columbia. The site is open daily to the public for tours, special events, lunch, and shopping in the General Store. Huble Homestead is 40 km north of Prince George, just off Hwy 97 on Mitchell Road. Admission is by donation.
