What better way to see all of this than to paddle the shores of beautiful Vancouver Island, Canada in a kayak. We are open from April to September. Adventuress offers fun wildlife tours, sunset paddles or multi-day adventures. Day tours and sunset paddles start as low as $69/person and include instruction, kayak and gear, dry bags and a certified guide; no experience necessary. SPORTS RENT is the place to go in Victoria for outdoor equipment. Serving locals and visitors from around the world since 1989, we know how to get you out there fast and affordably. We are open 7 days a week with a full rental fleet of skis and snowboards in the winter. Bicycles, surfboards, paddleboards, wetsuits, camp gear and everything else you need is available year round. Our fitness equipment, including treadmills, stationary and recumbent bikes and ellipticals is available for rent at affordable prices. In addition to rentals, Sports Rent sells new bicycles, ski equipment and camping gear at discounted prices as well as providing servicing on customer skis, boards and bikes. We are easy to find, with free parking while you shop. Reservations are accepted by telephone with credit card payment so we can have your equipment ready when you arrive. Battle Abbey Backcountry Lodge, operated by Weber Powder, offers all inclusive (guided & catered) refined mountain experiences in the remote British Columbia backcountry.
