The Outpost was built as "The Outpost" to our main resort. the concept is to give anglers access to a fishery that provides vast numbers of Salmon and monster Halibut within 15 minutes of the dock. The Bulkley Valley Nordic Centre features a 52 km network of cross country ski trails through sheltered spruce and pine forest. 11 km of the trails are dog friendly. 5.5 kms of lit trails provide an excellent opportunity for skiing after work or school. Trail lights are on until 9:30 pm every night. The trails are groomed and set for both classic and skate techniques frequently. The Buchfink Memorial lodge offers a kitchen, indoor washrooms, change rooms, and a roomy seating area upstairs. The Gary Murdoch Memorial wax hut provides a warm and functional space for waxing.

In traditional French Burgundian style, we focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. We have been crafting premium wines in the Okanagan Valley since 2006 and in 2010 we opened our tasting room in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia. We invite you to come visit our winery and nurture your passion for wine while experiencing our little piece of paradise. We are family friendly, we welcome dogs on-leash, and bring-your-own picnics. We are situated near the entrance to the amazing Valemount Bike Park. We want to help you have fun on a bike!
