Our River Base offers heated indoor change rooms and spacious covered decks for enjoying views of the river and mountains. Conveniently located on TransCanada Hwy #1; 45 minutes west of Lake Louise. Located at the entrance to Parksville, the Parksville Visitor Centre is conveniently located just off Highway 19A (Exit #46), between the Parksville Museum and the Peace Park. Our courteous and knowledgeable staff provide professional visitor counselling, customized itinerary planning, accommodation and activity reservations, helpful travel information including transportation and community information on all areas of British Columbia. The Visitor Centre is accessible. Public washrooms are available during our business hours.

Built in 1894 in the historic fishing village of Steveston, the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site is one of B.C.'s few historically intact canneries. The Parks Canada site commemorates the history and the contributions of the diverse communities and cultures of Canada's West Coast fishing industry. Enjoy exhibits, films, programs and events at the historic cannery. Take some to explore the scenic village of Steveston's many heritage sites, shops, and restaurants during your visit.

The Port McNeill Harbour Authority is located downtown on the water front, combining beautiful views of the harbour with easy access to the towns local amenities. During winter hours, we are closed during statutory holidays.

Our seasonal "Caboose" Mackenzie Visitor Centre is open from May to September and is located at the Junction of Hwy 97 & Hwy 39. Year-round, you can visit the Visitor Centre in the Mackenzie Chamber of Commerce at #11-600 Mackenzie Boulevard, Mackenzie, BC for all of your tourism information and souvenirs.
