Cranbrook Tourism's downtown Visitor Information Centre is open year-round, providing locals and visitors to Cranbrook with information on accommodations, restaurants, shopping, directions and community services around the region. Cranbrook Tourism also operates a satellite Visitor Information Centre at 620 Van Horne Street (Elizabeth Lake), which is open from early June until Labour Day.

We are located on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the heart of the Okanangan Valley. At LA FRENZ, we believe the quality in the bottle begins in the vineyard. We welcome you to our unique wine shop overlooking Lake Okanagan. From April through October, we are open Thursday- Monday (closed Tuesday and Wednesday), 10am to 5pm for tastings and purchases. Join us on our patio for a seated tasting experience or sample at the tasting bar. Seating is limited so reservations are encouraged.
