Langara Fishing Lodge is a fishing resort located at Langara Island in British Columbia's remote Haida Gwaii (formerly the Queen Charlotte Islands), just south of Alaska. The lodge features comfortable accommodations and gourmet dining, just minutes from North America's best salmon fishing. Packages are all-inclusive from Vancouver, with option of guided or unguided fishing. Established in 1985, Langara Fishing Lodge was the first sport fishing lodge to open in remote Haida Gwaii. We've been home to the best in improv comedy, with Colin Mochrie, Ryan Stiles, and more getting their big breaks on our stage. The North Island Wildlife Recovery Centre is located in a park-like setting with a peaceful rustic atmosphere. When visiting the centre you will be able to view eagles, several species of owls, falcons, hawks, ravens, and black bears. Rehabilitating eagles can be viewed through one way glass in the largest flight enclosure of its kind in Canada. The Centre's mandate is the rehabilitation of injured and orphaned native wildlife, with a focus on raptors and black bears. GUIDED TOURS: are available for groups of 15 or more. HOURS OF OPERATION: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 7 days a week. ENTRANCE FEES: $15.00.00 adults, $6.00 children aged 3-12, plus applicable taxes.

Fully approved and licensed - Boutique Bed and Breakfast in the heart of beautiful Qualicum Beach, BC - 2 uniquely decorated suites each with a Queen Bed with Hotel Collection Plush Mattresses for 4 Adults. Self Serve Breakfast - there is a kitchenette for storing and preparing meals but there is no stove for guests to cook, though we do have a microwave and a BBQ.

This is a 6 acre campground in a quiet forested rural-residential area with big trees and very few mosquitoes. We are surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers. There are private huts and tent and RV sites. It is beautiful land . Shared amenities include a community building with a full kitchen, bathrooms with free hot showers and flush toilets and a wood stove. Other amenities include free WiFi, rain-shelters, picnic tables, a barbecue area, fire pits and hammocks. Valhalla Park, Slocan Lake, Nelson, and Castlegar are 35 minutes away. Nelson has many fine restaurants and a thriving art, music and dance scene. Stay here as a base for outdoor adventure, to reconnect with the forest, or just to relax. The Slocan River is ideal for floating or paddling and its very close. Other activities include hiking, climbing, biking, artist and farm tours, markets, geology, mining, mushrooms, forest bathing, cannabis and plant medicines, garden tours, native history and more. Adventure awaits.

Located in a freshly renovated space within the Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort, Elevation Massage & Spa offers massage, hair services, spa treatments, nail services, eyelash extensions and spa packages to the Columbia Valley. Centrally located only a short drive from Invermere, Fairmont Hot Springs and Panorama Mountain Village. Elevation is comprised of three treatment rooms for massage, facials and body treatments, two pedicure chairs, two manicure stations and two hair stations. Rocky Point Kayak is located at the foot of the boat launch at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody. Our sheltered location offers easy access to the Burrard Inlet and the Indian Arm. The calm waters at Rocky Point have an abundance of bird and wildlife just a short paddle from shore. Stunning scenery and secluded beaches provide a quick wilderness escape despite being only 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver. We offer hourly, daily, or weekly rentals, of kayaks, canoes and stand up paddleboards. In addition, we offer Paddle Canada certified lesson programs and tours, and many weekly drop-in social paddles. We have the staff and equipment to host large group or corporate outing and specialize in school paddle trips and lessons. We operate seasonally from April 1 to the end of Thanksgiving. We have a large rental fleet with a diverse range of boats for novice, intermediate and advanced paddlers. Our rental fleet consists of single, double, family-friendly double kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddle boards.

Averill Creek is a low intervention winery on Vancouver Island. Our aim is to produce honest wines that reflect our site and the vintage, but that first and foremost give pleasure. By intervening less, we are able to provide a clear segue from vineyard to glass.
