Rocky Point Kayak is located at the foot of the boat launch at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody. Our sheltered location offers easy access to the Burrard Inlet and the Indian Arm. The calm waters at Rocky Point have an abundance of bird and wildlife just a short paddle from shore. Stunning scenery and secluded beaches provide a quick wilderness escape despite being only 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver. We offer hourly, daily, or weekly rentals, of kayaks, canoes and stand up paddleboards. In addition, we offer Paddle Canada certified lesson programs and tours, and many weekly drop-in social paddles. We have the staff and equipment to host large group or corporate outing and specialize in school paddle trips and lessons. We operate seasonally from April 1 to the end of Thanksgiving. We have a large rental fleet with a diverse range of boats for novice, intermediate and advanced paddlers. Our rental fleet consists of single, double, family-friendly double kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddle boards.

To really appreciate the wine in your glass, you simply need to enjoy it. Our aim in every experience is for hosts and guests to gain a new appreciation for a variety of wines, while sharing some smiles along the way. With that in mind, VinoValet was created in 2023, with the goal of bringing the enjoyment and appreciation of wine to people in the comfort of their homes.

Bell Mountain Motel is situated in a quiet rural setting yet it is only one block off the highway. All rooms are ground level and non smoking. We have pet rooms and there is two acres for them to stretch their legs. Double and single rooms are available and most rooms have full kitchenettes. WiFi and brand new TV's with 150+ satellite channels are in each room. Kitchens have microwaves, coffee makers, fridge, cook tops and dishes and cutlery. There is lots of free parking and a large turn around at the end for trucks hauling trailers. Seasonal hot tub, horse shoe pit, BBQ and fire pit (subject to firebans) available for our guests to enjoy. We have a few rooms which are wheel chair accessible.

One of the original village buildings with easy access to all amenities and a friendly ambience, the Ptarmigan offers good overall value and is well situated for families with young children. It features comfortable, fully equipped rooms and fine mountain and valley views along with an indoor sauna, hot tub and games area.

From our choice of vine location and trellis system, to the individual attention each vine receives, to hand picked grapes, our focus is on bringing out the finest quality in our wines. Salmo is the Hub of the Kootenays, with lower priced accommodation than Nelson. Come and enjoy little Salmo.

Since 2010, the Karen Cooper Gallery has resided on historic Granville Island, Vancouver's premiere art and artisan district. The gallery invites all to reflect on the mosaic of elegant landscapes and wildlife which portray British Columbia's diverse and luxurious natural beauty. As an artwork which occupies space, these landscapes eternally preserve our endless sense of wonder toward the complexity of the natural world. Xwum Canoe Rentals is located at Grant Narrows, and provides canoe rental services and boat launch access at Pitt Lake near Widgeon Slough and Widgeon Falls. We are open from May Long Weekend until September 30th annually. For out-of-season rentals, please email us at info@xwum.ca

Enjoy full or half day sailing trips around the Gulf Islands from Retreat Cove on Galiano. Explore Wallace Island & Saltspring's secluded beach at Walker's Hook from a new perspective on our 35' sloop. We recommend a 4 hour cruise from 11am to 3pm or 4pm to 8pm. We can also create a custom schedule for your pleasure. Our yacht is $100 per hour with a maximum group size of 8. You can choose the amazing salmon barbecue lunch/dinner for $25 per person.

The 100 Mile Nordics operate a groomed trail network for nordic skiing. Our lodge serves up hot soup and snacks daily. Rentals for skiing and snowshoeing are available. Night use is available until 10pm with the assistance of a timed lighting system. Payment at night is made in the honour box next to the lighting system.

My individual custom tours are visiting the most beautiful scenic places around Northern Vancouver Island while having a chance to photograph and watch grizzly bears, black bears, killer whales, humpback whales, dolphins, bald eagles and other wildlife. All tours are lead by professional (35+ years) wildlife and nature photographer Rolf Hicker. A maximum of 4 guests per tour makes them ideal for families, photographers of all levels, special needs as well as couples.
