The Okanagan's first public wine school, the Vinstitute offers wine appreciation and education classes for all levels of wine knowledge. The signature class is a guided component tasting of several Okanagan red and white wines, selected for their instructive properties. Crafting wines that directly reflect the terroir of each of our 11 vineyards is about restraint. Whether it is big bold reds or crisp whites, through our winemaking process we guide the grapes from harvest to bottle with a minimal intervention. This allows the grapes to retain their unique character and directly reflect the vineyard. In the cellar, we use an old-world approach to winemaking, where the wines shape the aging process. This steadfast approach to aging with patience results in ultra-premium wines.

Stags Hollow is a family-owned winery in Okanagan Falls, producing some of British Columbias most distinctive wines. Located in BC's South Okanagan, in the new sub-geographical indicator (sub-GI) of Okanagan Falls, Stag's Hollow Winery owns two vineyards... Stag's Hollow Estate and Shuttleworth Creek. Always innovative, with a spirit to be unique and push the limits of grape growing and winemaking in the Okanagan, the team at Stag's Hollow has researched and sought out new and old grapes suited to the area's soils and microclimate. These include Tempranillo and Albariño from Spain, and Dolcetto and Teroldego from Italy. These unique varietals offer a new tasting experience for the Okanagan Wine lover. Although these grapes come from all over the world, wines we produce from these grapes are identifiable, as being from nowhere else in the world but from the Okanagan Valley. We source fruit from our own vineyards: 150 acres of prime land on two very distinct benches - the Black Sage Bench and the Golden Mile Bench. Phantom Creek Estates is home to estate vineyards across two distinct benches in the Okanagan Valley. Uniquely influenced by geological forces millennia in the making, today these acclaimed, historic vineyards are each farmed according to meticulous organic and biodynamic techniques.

Kalala Organic Estate Winery is located on the Upper Bench of beautiful West Kelowna in the Okanagan Valley. Started by Karnail Singh Sidhu and family, Kalala has been making award winning, reasonably priced wines since July 2006. The vineyards were deemed certified organic in September 2010. Our philosophy is to allow the varietal characteristics and terroir to be truly expressed and only enhanced by minimal handling during winemaking. Go With the Wind Cruises is the longest running cruise on Okanagan Lake. These are informative, personal (your party only and leaving at your convenience), with the option to power, sail, or both. We are open year round with no reservations required: 10:00 am to 5:30 or 7:00 pm daily from mid-March to Oct.31 and noon to 4:00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday from Nov. 1 to mid-March. Everyone has a story, it seems, from back in the good old days, which makes a visit to Nostalgia Wines a trip down memory lane. The folks here just love to listen to these stories as they run their friendly tasting room, winery, and 17-acre vineyard.
