Live on the Edge OEE is a small, locally owned and operated company who help guests enjoy authentic experiences during their visit to Haida Gwaii. Because we strongly believe HG is a magical place, we want to share our experience with others. Our guides are local to our island community, thus proficient to lead groups to explore all the wonders this archipelago has to offer. We're guided by our values of grit, integrity, gratitude, and healthy lifestyles.

Connecting with nature, its not just our specialty, it's our philosophy! For the adventurous, we have an array of exhilarating outdoor experiences, be it close to the city or way out there. Year round we offer calm water fully guided fishing charters and wilderness eagle viewing jet boat tours less than ½ hour from Vancouver. OUR PHILOSOPHY When we first started, our business was based on the three simple things we shared with all of our clients; a love for outdoor adventures, the joy of entertaining friends and a need to share our home in beautiful British Columbia. This became the foundation for the many extraordinary years to come. The Exploration Place is a Northern BC non-profit organization and registered charity whose goal is to preserve our local history and foster lifelong learning in the areas of science, technology heritage and culture. The Exploration Place is Northern BC's largest museum and only science centre Come discover local history, explore hands-on science, experience new exhibits, shop to your heart's content in Elements Retail, and grab delicious, fresh, locally-made treats in Origins Kitchen. The Little Prince Steam Engine operates seasonally, from the May long weekend to the September Labour Day statutory holiday, and then on the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.

Country Vines Winery proudly grows our own Pinot Gris, Schonburger and Pearl de Csaba on our family owned farm in Richmond, B.C. Our family has been farming in Richmond for over 60 years, and we have always prided ourselves on serving the public fresh, locally grown produce at reasonable prices. We are proud to have the opportunity to make our own estate and Okanagan wine!

Beer worth leaving your career for! Category 12 is Saanich's best Tasting Lounge experience. We offer pints, tasting flights and a great selection of scratch made food. Greenacres Golf Course is proud to be the only full-length public golf course in Richmond, BC. A tree-lined, 18-hole public golf course that presents a challenge to any level of golfer. If you are looking to follow your round with an ice-cold beer or a delicious meal, the friendly staff in our Spike Lounge and Grill are happy to serve you. Greenacres is also a highly-recommended place to host your next tournament, special event, or meeting.

Located above Whistler Village on the side of Blackcomb Mountain, the Whistler Sliding Centre is a world-class bobsleigh, skeleton and luge facility. Public visitors can try Whistler's most unique activities, passenger bobsleigh (winter and summer) and public skeleton (winter).
