Stags Hollow is a family-owned winery in Okanagan Falls, producing some of British Columbias most distinctive wines. Located in BC's South Okanagan, in the new sub-geographical indicator (sub-GI) of Okanagan Falls, Stag's Hollow Winery owns two vineyards... Stag's Hollow Estate and Shuttleworth Creek. Always innovative, with a spirit to be unique and push the limits of grape growing and winemaking in the Okanagan, the team at Stag's Hollow has researched and sought out new and old grapes suited to the area's soils and microclimate. These include Tempranillo and Albariño from Spain, and Dolcetto and Teroldego from Italy. These unique varietals offer a new tasting experience for the Okanagan Wine lover. Although these grapes come from all over the world, wines we produce from these grapes are identifiable, as being from nowhere else in the world but from the Okanagan Valley. Learn about B.C. freshwater fish, recreational fishing and hatchery operations at our self-guided visitor centre. Guided tours and birthday parties can be organized- please contact us for more information. The Visitor Centre is open everyday from 9.00am - 3.00pm. The outdoor fishing ponds are open to the public May 1st to October 31st from dawn to dusk. Pond may be closed to the public during registered programs. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

Waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the privacy of your own deck listening to all the birds and occasionally catching a glimpse of the local deer and her babes is truly magical. This year she has twins and I seen them for the first time romping through a field of daisies. Crazy lucky I feel to live here and enjoy these moments. Both cottages are now fully equipped with kitchenettes so you may have options to cook a light meal at home or for a special occasion please ask and I am happy to offer breakfast or late afternoon cheese plate served to you out in your hideaway.
