Est. in 1983, Parksville Museum has become home to original heritage buildings from Parksville and nearby surrounding areas. Our collection includes Parksville's second oldest church, the original Parksville Volunteer Fire Department building, and 2 cabins from Craig's By the Sea Auto Camp. Grounds are open year round and buildings are open starting May 4, 2023 Thursdays through Mondays (closed Tues/Wed) from 11AM - 6PM. The Auberge Kicking Horse Guest House was operating as a 3-room B&B before the pandemic. The Auberge now operates as a Guest House Vacation rental only. This is the perfect home away from home. The Auberge is located within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Our guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy the open concept large cozy house with an outdoor Jacuzzi tub set on an elevated deck, garage to store safely your sport equipment with a drying rack for ski boots and wet accessories. The house also offers a long driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars and free wifi. Only 15 minutes from the ski slopes of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, the Auberge will accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests.

Sorrento Centre welcomes large events, small groups and individual guests to relax and enjoy our beautiful 24-acre main campus, including our private waterfront on the Shuswap Lake. Visit hiking trails and biking routes and rest in great beauty. Motel/lodge rooms (some with cooking facilities), private cabins, serviced RV spaces, cozy cabanas and tent sites (including those with a view of Shuswap Lake). Sorrento Centre hosts groups from 5 to 500. We have a large site beside the lake, and varied buildings which can offer great versatility to your organization. We have three lodges with comfortable accommodation, several conference spaces and many beautiful outdoor settings for your group to engage in what excites you. Our kitchen is delighted to provide family style meal service to your group of 12 or more. Three meals a day plus snacks are available, with previous arrangement. We use produce from our own farm whenever possible and love to share the bounty of this place. We cater for some dietary concerns creating vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, and nut free meals when given advance notice. Please ask about choosing your own menu if you have special requests or just loved what you had last time you were visiting.
