Lakeside camping on beautiful Puntzi lake , 12 sites with full and partial hook ups , 6 sites right on the lake ,pull through for big rigs. All sites have fire pit, picnic tables. The campground has wifi, Sani-dump, Shower house and washrooms, Boat launch, boat docks, fish cleaning station, play ground. Now open our new 2 bedroom cabin, queen bed and two twin beds, 3 piece bathroom, all linens provided ,full kitchen, wood stove in front room. also loon retreat #1 and #2 both with full bathrooms and kitchens . one side has a queen bed and other has a pull out double couch bed. Great view of the lake on the large open deck to watch the pelicans and fish jumping. Open May thru Oct. 31 for business, reunions, weddings, fishing and hunting groups. We provide meals as requested and have a bakery/cafe open for lunch and Dinner . you can request breakfast .Come try our famous chilcotin cinnamon buns and carrot cake.. We have fishing for Kokanee, Rainbow trout, Hiking & Walking trails, 4 wheeling trails,Kayaking ,canoeing and much more. Want to come spend the day or a week with us . Tourists may stay 2 nights for free (non-service sites), please register at the Public Works Office. Country Maples RV Resort is located on Vancouver Island near the town of Chemainus, which is 14 km north of the City of Duncan. The Resort is nestled along the Chemainus River and is buffered by an old-growth forest. There is a variety of camping areas and amenities with 175 full and partial hookup RV sites (including 8 pull-throughs) with 15, 30 and 50-amp electrical service as well as dry camping and tenting sites. There are treed and open sites. There is an onsite (seasonal) general store, playgrounds, an arcade and laundry facilities; a heated swimming pool, 18-hole mini golf course.
