Last Spike Lodging
Nestled in the heart of sledding and houseboat country, are our three newly built cabins. Each cabin includes two bedrooms, with one single bed and one double bed in each room. One living room with a futon, a fully functional kitchen, and one bathroom with a stand up shower. Each cabin is equipped with its very own drying room for our sledding, snowboarding, and skiing guests.

Haylmore Heritage Site
Visit the homesite of Will Haylmore, Deputy Mine Recorder during the Cariboo Gold Rush. The Bridge River Valley was one of the richest gold producing areas between 1930-1950, lots of amazing history to explore! Come and enjoy the open air site, pan for gold, sample homemade ice cream or shop at the local Artisan's gallery for unique handmade wares. A Visitor Information Centre is also on-site.
Amaruq Motorcycle Adventures
Amaruq is based out of Victoria, BC, and offers guided motorcycle adventures spanning the entire length of Vancouver Island, as well as the Chilcotin Plateau and the Rockies. Our trips run anywhere from one to nine days, and our workshops are all one-day events focusing on either GPS Navigation on Motorcycles or Adventure Touring Skills. We cater to a variety of riding abilities & experience.
Pacific Rim Visitor Centre
The Pacific Rim Visitor Centre offers a primary arrival and meeting destination for those venturing to the Pacific Rim region on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Immediately following your drive over the Pacific Rim Highway (Hwy 4) from Port Alberni, you will reach our headquarters at the Junction between Ucluelet and Tofino. Our wheelchair accessible facilities offer a staffed Visitor Information Centre, a Parks Canada center, large maps of the region, public WiFi, secure garbage and recycling boxes, public restrooms, and plentiful parking for both RV's and regular vehicles. We will be closed early on December 31st at 3pm and closed all day January 1st and 2nd.
