Summer 2020 has us going back to our original business model rather than hosting weddings so we are excited to offer cabin rentals this year. Winter time is magical out here - our cabins sit amongst snowy trees and have wood burning fireplaces! Snowshoe trails are put in right on site as well. The cabins are all equipped with basic kitchenettes as there is no restaurant on site. Golden is a short, 10 minute drive away and offers a great selection of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. It's a must see property with lots to see and do.

This is a 6 acre campground in a quiet forested rural-residential area with big trees and very few mosquitoes. We are surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers. There are private huts and tent and RV sites. It is beautiful land . Shared amenities include a community building with a full kitchen, bathrooms with free hot showers and flush toilets and a wood stove. Other amenities include free WiFi, rain-shelters, picnic tables, a barbecue area, fire pits and hammocks. Valhalla Park, Slocan Lake, Nelson, and Castlegar are 35 minutes away. Nelson has many fine restaurants and a thriving art, music and dance scene. Stay here as a base for outdoor adventure, to reconnect with the forest, or just to relax. The Slocan River is ideal for floating or paddling and its very close. Other activities include hiking, climbing, biking, artist and farm tours, markets, geology, mining, mushrooms, forest bathing, cannabis and plant medicines, garden tours, native history and more. One of those areas is the Wells Gray Park, 5200 sq. kilometer of protected wilderness in Central British Columbia. Bounded on the north and east by the Cariboo Mountains, and on the west by an upland plateau, the Wells Gray Park encompasses a broad spectrum of mountain scenery. The area is abundant in flora and fauna. Caribou, moose, black bear, beaver and wolf freely roam the park, and local streams are well stocked with trout. Horseback riding, fishing, mountain biking, river rafting, hiking and canoeing into the local wilderness are all part of the ranch's daily summer routine.
