Our cabins are clean, comfortable, cozy and quiet. They are nestled in the forest at the base of the Rocky Mountains just 15 minutes west of Golden, BC. All cabins have 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV with a dvd player. When it's time to put away your cell phones, lap tops, tablets, and tech toys, come and visit! You'll enjoy a "No Tech Getaway!"

Ocean EcoVentures' whale watching excursions depart daily from the seaside village of Cowichan Bay. Our Whale Watching tours focus on Biggs Killer Whales, Transient Orcas, Humpback Whales, Grey Whales and Minke Whales. We offer eco-tours of the Salish Sea area near Sidney, BC. Our 12 passenger vessels offer an intimate experience. We also offer water taxi service, camping/kayak/SUP delivery to marine parks in our area. We operate from Canoe Cove Marina - E dock in North Saanich.

The Ladysmith Visitor Centre is centrally located at 33 Roberts St. just off our historic First Avenue. Our Tourism Counsellors are excited to help you discover some of our hidden treasures and provide information on our events, cultural & historic attractions, artisans, outdoor recreation, relocation, maps, accommodations, dining, shopping and more.
