Bridlewood Riding Centre is an equestrian centre located between Kelowna and Vernon, in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. We offer a wide range of horse related services including Riding Lessons, Guided Trail Rides, Summer Camps, Children's Birthday Parties, Boarding facilities, and Training. Our facility features acres of farm land with spectacular views, three outdoor riding rings, including lighting for after dark riding, a round pen, numerous jumps, equipment, and a safe environment for you and your horse. The Elkford Motor Inn is a full service facility offering rooms, restaurant, pub and liquor store. We are located in the heart of Elkford in close proximity to shopping and recreation facilities. The hotel has 22 rooms, some with one king or queen bed and others with two queen beds. Each room has a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot for your convenience. Those traveling for business or work may call the hotel for corporate rates. Emi's Restaurant is open 7:00am to 10:00pm for dine in and take out. Sneaky's Pub is open 11:00am to 2:00am daily. The Liquor Store is open 9:00am to 11:00pm daily. They offer a variety of wines and liquors as well as cold beer and coolers. We look forward to seeing you during your stay in Elkford.

The Sooke Region Museum & Visitor Centre is a community museum that explores the human and natural heritage of the region from Sooke to Port Renfrew. The museum also operates the local visitor information centre for the region. We have both exhibits in the main museum building and around the grounds. In the Summer we are open 7 days a week. In the off season we are closed Mondays and most Stat holidays. Starting the first Thursday in June, and running until first Thursday in September, we host a night market from 5pm to 8pm and museum stays open during this event.We also usually are closed over Christmas and the first week of January. The museum holds various special event during the year, has a gift shop with local arts & crafts, plus can do special meals for pre-booked tour groups.

Keep an eye out for the Tourism Kamloops vehicle and pop-up tourism tent at local hotspots from May-September. Visitor Centre Closed The Kamloops Visitor Centre permanently closed in June 2020. All outdoor facilities – such as EV chargers, sani-dump station, dog run, and picnic benches – are still available for use. For public washrooms and immediate tourist information, please visit the Aberdeen Mall across the street during its hours of operation.

Operating out of two waterfront locations in both Tofino (Clayoquot Sound) and Ucluelet (Barkley Sound), Paddle West Kayaking offers a series of professionally guided kayak day tours, as well as kayak rentals and customized multi day tours designed for everyone from beginners to veteran paddlers.

Seal Bay RV Park is one of Vancouver Islands finest, privately owned, fully serviced, year-round campgrounds. In a park-like setting, all sites are either 30 or 50 amp and also have water, sewer and cable connections. For your convenience wifi is available along with Shaw Go. The washrooms are heated, clean and showers are coin operated. A coin operated laundry is also on site. Wilderness tenting sites are open during the Summer months. If you are looking to get away for some peace and quiet this is the place to be, no pool, no playground. There is a beautiful pond stocked with rainbow trout and fly-fishing is available some of the time. A trail directly into Seal Bay Nature Park gives you an opportunity to go biking or hiking and in 30 minutes you can be down at Seal Bay. An ideal place to base your stay in the Comox Valley, 10 kms from either Courtenay or Comox.

The Alpiner Holiday Resort is an excellent choice for travelers visiting Sicamous. We offer 6 double rooms with private hot-tubs, fridge & microwave. Bell Mountain Motel is situated in a quiet rural setting yet it is only one block off the highway. All rooms are ground level and non smoking. We have pet rooms and there is two acres for them to stretch their legs. Double and single rooms are available and most rooms have full kitchenettes. WiFi and brand new TV's with 150+ satellite channels are in each room. Kitchens have microwaves, coffee makers, fridge, cook tops and dishes and cutlery. There is lots of free parking and a large turn around at the end for trucks hauling trailers. Seasonal hot tub, horse shoe pit, BBQ and fire pit (subject to firebans) available for our guests to enjoy. We have a few rooms which are wheel chair accessible.
