Nestled in centuries-old forest and surrounded by the West Coasts idyllic landscape, Sandpiper Golf Course is a beautiful 18-hole golf course. Open 364 days a year, this par 72 course runs 6,500 yards from the back tees, and is gently sloped featuring four sets of tees for all playing abilities. Sandpiper is heralded as one of British Columbias best resort courses, is renowned for its adventure packages, and, is consecutively, voted by the province as the #1 golf course in the Fraser Valley. Canadian course designer, Russ Olsen, has done an awesome job of taking advantage of the spectacular water and mountain vistas. While there are a number of outstanding holes, be sure to check out the signature hole (the 486-yard, par 5 fifteenth) where the footprint of the legendary Sasquatch guards the green. Visit us and ride the rails through the beautiful Mark Creek valley as you listen to the history of Kimberley and the Sullivan Mine. Experience life as a miner at the Underground Interpretive Centre. Participate in our mining show and be exposed to working mine equipment. Enjoy spectacular scenery and the occasional wild life as you travel to the Kimberley Alpine Resort. After a brief stop at the Resort Station you can learn more about Kimberley as you continue back to the Downtown Station. KUMR is open from the Victoria Day Holiday in May until Labour Day in September.

Fraserview Golf Course offers an old course feeling in a West Coast setting. Overlooking the Fraser River, this well-maintained, traditional-style course offers topographical changes along majestic, tree-lined fairways. Our Clubhouse at Fraserview is open to the public, seven days per week. You don't need to be a golfer to relax and unwind in its historic and elegant parkland environment. Our licensed patio overlooks the scenic, tree-lined golf course and is the perfect spot to unwind after golf, meet for a casual lunch, or bring the family.

Bethlehem Centre is a cottage-at-the-lake style retreat and conference centre. Ideal for residential groups of 10-40 people, the Centre offers an all-inclusive experience with full meal service and on-site opportunities for quiet reflection and spiritual path-making. Situated on the shores of Westwood Lake at the foot of Mount Benson in Nanaimo, the Centre is a 5-minute walk from a swimming beach, is surrounded by forest, and is connected to miles of hiking trails. The Centre has an outdoor Chartres-style labyrinth, a finger labyrinth museum, a gift shop, a library, an organic vegetable garden and a contained eco-system outdoor pond.
