Dog Mermaid Eco Excursions, Kayak Rentals & Retreats specializes in Eco and indigenous education and tours, by means of kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, kids camps, yoga, retreats, and dog sledding (in winter months). Based on Pender Island, our head office is located at Otter Bay Marina, just off the ferry. Along with having the beauty of launching from the bay, mobile services are available to suit your adventure design, and so is our new location on Salt Spring Island! IMR is based in Cumberland, BC which is quickly becoming Vancouver Islands riding Mecca. If mountain biking is your religion then a pilgrimage to Cumberland is a must! Cumberland boasts a wide variety of trails right out the back door in its neighbouring forests. Cumberland is centrally located on the Island and is the perfect place to access the trails of other areas, such as; Forbidden Plateau/Comox Lake, Hornby Island and Campbell River. Island Mountain Rides is owned and operated by Martin Ready. Martin uses 12 years of guiding experience and over 20 years of mountain biking experience to ensure that you have a great time. Island Mountain Rides has legal land use agreements/tenures in all locations advertised. IMR is fully insured and has a comprehensive risk management plan in place to ensure your safety.

Bluefin Fishing Adventures offers superb year-round fishing situated in a temperate rainforest on the southwest tip of Vancouver Island.Sooke has been a year-round fishing destination for generations. Large runs of salmon migrate annually past the West Coast of Vancouver Island, feeding and bulking up before heading for their spawning grounds.Sooke's mild climate allows for year-round fishing. May through September you can fish for hard fighting Chinooks 5 to 50 pounds - delicious Sockeye 5 to 12 pounds, energetic Coho 5 to 24 pounds, scrappy Pinks 5 to 8 and hard fighting Chums 6 to 20 pounds July through October - yummy Winter Chinooks 5 to 20 pounds November into March.

We are a boutique winery in the beautiful, rural, Ellison area of North Kelowna. Located directly across from the Kelowna Airport, on land originally planted to grapes more than 60 years ago. We specialize in small lots of tasty wines. The wines are made entirely from grapes grown in our own vineyard and processed on-site in our European style winery. Come visit us and see a working winery in action. Taste the wines in our wineshop or bring a lunch and enjoy them by the glass in our picnic area, which boasts panoramic views of the valley.

Fossil Beach Farm is a private 80 acre waterfront working farm. We offer glamping in our fully finished bell tents overlooking the Salish Sea and fresh cider fermented from our on site and other Hornby orchards. Our tasting room offers 5 different ciders, experimental tap, and non-alcoholic choices available in tasting flights, growlers, or prepackaged to be enjoyed in our picnic area or to go. We now offer farm to table BBQ in our outdoor kitchen during tasting hours.

The Hedley Museum is closed for the 2022 season now. Opening again in May of 2023. Opening hours generally include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays 10:00-4:00pm. In 2023 we hope to be open 7 days a week for July and August. A charming heritage museum in the heart of the Similkameen Valley, that shares the towns gold mining history. The building houses a gift shop, tea room and an amazing collection of photos, stories and artifacts. The back garden is shaded and provides a welcome place to sit and enjoy the day. The building is wheel accessible and air conditioned. Admission is by donation and our tour guides will gladly show you around the museum. Also lots of brochures, maps and info for tourists & visitors at the info booth inside the museum.

Whistler's new BMX track is located in Bayly Park in the Cheakamus Crossing neighbourhood and is open to the public from dawn to dusk. Led by the volunteer-based Whistler BMX Club, the track and club caters to a wide range of abilities, from preschoolers on run bikers to beginner riders to national level athletes.
