Mt Seymour's elevation and proximity to the Pacific Ocean provides us with the most reliable and consistent snowfall in the region. While snow quality and quantity is important, our most recognized feature is a long-standing tradition of providing fun winter experiences for all abilities and ages! Mt Seymour features the right blend of natural and enhanced terrain. Beginners feel welcome and safe on our many gentle slopes that make learning fun and easy and more advanced skiers and riders appreciate the challenge and variety of the natural features, gullies, and our professionally sculpted terrain parks. Mt Seymour's Ski and Snowboard School offers a wide variety of programs to meet the needs of new and progressing skiers and riders. The school embodies our proud tradition of safety, fun, and learning. Snowtubing and tobogganing at our Enquist Lodge are exciting and accessible activities that are fun for families and friends of all ages. We also offer an excellent snowshoe program and were recently voted the No.1 snowshoe friendly ski resort in North America. We provide, guided tours, over 10 kilometers of dedicated snowshoe trails, and snowshoe rentals.

Heather Mountain Lodge is located on the Trans-Canada Highway halfway between Golden and Revelstoke British Columbia. Nestled in the mountains at the East Gate of Canada's Glacier National Park, this classic Canadian timber frame lodge will be a highlight of your holiday. Our 23 ground level motel rooms (some with fully equipped kitchenette), and 21 RV spots (13 of them are winterized rv spots) is open all year round and offers daily, weekly and or monthly rates. All rooms are equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for guests convenience.

Wedge offers Whitewater Rafting Tours in Whistler, BC from 2.5 hour excursions to full day adventures, departing Whistler Village up to eight times daily. Experience an amazing Whistler river adventure on the Green, Cheakamus or Elaho-Squamish Rivers only minutes away from the resort. The tours include full wetsuits, transportation, instruction and professional raft guides. You just need to bring yourself, your swimsuit and a sense of adventure!

The Exploration Place is a Northern BC non-profit organization and registered charity whose goal is to preserve our local history and foster lifelong learning in the areas of science, technology heritage and culture. The Exploration Place is Northern BC's largest museum and only science centre Come discover local history, explore hands-on science, experience new exhibits, shop to your heart's content in Elements Retail, and grab delicious, fresh, locally-made treats in Origins Kitchen. The Little Prince Steam Engine operates seasonally, from the May long weekend to the September Labour Day statutory holiday, and then on the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.

Located on the waters edge within the Clayoquot Sound Biosphere Reserve, you have access to vast outdoor space, perfect for watching wildlife and enjoying the stunning scenery. Try our unique stand-up paddle tour, and experience an adventure on the ocean paddling around coastal temperate rainforest learning about the local environment and having fun on the water! Extra services for yoga, massage and onsite dining are all available by request and are offered in the privacy of your cabin and outdoor spaces. Its a short 5-minute walk to the local coffee shop, famous Tacofino van, Tofino ice-cream, Wildside grill takeout and grocery store! Get what you need and loop straight back onto the beach to enjoy watching the waves. Tofino village is a 5-minute car ride away, or 15-minute bike ride with plenty of delicious restaurants, cafes, crafts, art, surf shops and fun locals. The National Pacific Rim Parks offer many beautiful trails and are a short 10-minute drive away. Heaps of options to be outside in wide-open spaces and enjoy the coastal temperate rainforests!

Way up in the northwest, somewhere south of Alaska and North of Washington State, theres a place called Sherwood Mountain Brewhouse. With three unique service areas and a bolstering event calendar, there's always something to do. Book a tour in advance for a behind the scenes peak at the full brewing process with samples and a flight at the end of the tour. Or bring your dog and hang out on the patio while taking in the breath taking views of the mountains surrounding Terrace.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** Kettle River Recreation Area and Campground will be fully operational and open as usual on May 6th. The Campground and Day-Use Area was minimally affected by the Rock Creek Fire. Facilities: 113 campsites, 1 large group site, public beach and day-use area, playground, shower, flush toilets, sani-station. Location: 5 km north of Rock Creek on Highway 33. Kettle River Recreation Area is one of the largest and most popular destination family campgrounds in the Okanagan - Boundary Region. Located minutes from amenities in Rock Creek, it is only 45 minutes from Osoyoos and 90 minutes from Kelowna. Campers will want to bring their bikes and floaties! This park offers fantastic biking/hiking opportunities and access to the historic Trans Canada Trail network. A bike pump track was recently added and is a hit with kids of all ages. In the summer months, campers walk their tubes and floaties to the Kettle River that flows alongside the campground, while others enjoy basking on the sandy beaches and swimming in the river. The iconic Kettle River Trestle at the day-use serves as a beautiful backdrop for park users and is a great photo opportunity! Reservations are strongly recommended during peak season, however last-minute campers may be able to find a spot in July and August. Spring and Fall campers enjoy large, sun-filled sites in a peaceful, pristine setting. Firewood and ice are available for sale at the Host Site. Open from the first weekend in May through the last weekend in September.
