Radley Park Campground is owned and operated by the District of Kitimat from the beginning of May to October each year. Located on the banks of the Kitimat River it makes for an ideal getaway or fishing base. Radley boasts 18 electrical sites and flush toilets and showers. Along with large picnic area ideal for family get togethers.

New upgrades in 2014 include, 30/50 amp Big Rig pull through sites.

Wildernest offers a unique getaway on the forested slopes of Bowen Island, just a 20 minute ferry ride from West Vancouver. Stay in a gorgeous 1971 Airstream which has been totally rebuilt into a super comfortable and memorable escape with every amenity possible included inside. There's even a turntable for playing records and a projector over the bed for unforgettable movie nights. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to create amazing gourmet meals. Just steps outside sits a tiny cabin with your own indoor heated bathroom and shower, plus an outdoor hot water shower and vintage bathtub built for two. The location is totally private with over an acre of land to yourselves. You'll also have exclusive use of a wood burning fire pit, propane fire bowl, picnic table, hammock and charcoal BBQ. The property borders the 450 hectare Bowen Island Eco Reserve, a natural wonder rich in wildlife. Located just a 5 minute drive from Snug Cove where the ferry docks, you'll find a bunch of shops and amazing restaurants to enjoy.

Founded in 1987, Central Mountain Air (9M) is a Canadian regional airline with operating bases at Calgary International Airport (YYC), Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and Smithers Regional Airport (YYD). It flies to 15 destinations within Alberta and British Columbia. Central Mountain Air has a fleet of 20 aircraft: Three Dornier 328-100 planes that each hold 30 passengers, three Bombardier Dash 8 100 planes that each hold 37 travelers, and 14 Beechcraft 1900D planes that hold 18 passengers each. The Cardiff Miller Art Warehouse in Enderby BC exhibits several large scale sound/ light/ and robotic installations by Janet Cardiff and George Bures Miller. These artworks are installed in the 18,000 sq ft museum situated next to the Shuswap River and North Okanagan Rail Trail. Cardiff and Millers artworks, which are mostly shown internationally, have been greeted with great enthusiasm by thousands of visitors since opening in August 2023..."Must visit if you're in the OkanaganOnce in a lifetime experience!" Currently 10 installations on exhibit.

Located in the South Cariboo Region of beautiful British Columba, this park like wilderness retreat known as Ruth Lake Lodge has been hosting guests since the late 1940s. The 37-acre property offers many groomed trails and access to crown land for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding (your own horses). The 17-acre fenced pasture is available for guests travelling with horses. The waterfront area is clean and well maintained. Fishing boats, canoes, and kayaks for rent. A large fire pit by the water is perfect for late night lakeside fires. 3 - 2 bedroom cabins with lakeview 5 bedroom Community Lodge with shared kitchen and bathrooms, for mingling with others, large dinning area, games room and lounge.

Facilities: 26 campsites, public beach and day-use area, pit toilets, water hand pump. There is a 10hp boating restriction on the lake. Location: 12 km from Highway 3 east of Greenwood. Jewel Lake is a popular rustic campground that attracts fishermen, campers, and people looking to explore the great outdoors. It is common to spot anglers fly-fishing for rainbow trout on this scenic 3 km long lake. This truly unique provincial park offers stunning views in a wilderness setting. Campsites are often available for last-minute campers in peak months. Open from the May Long Weekend through the second weekend in September.
