Our Visitor Information Booth is located in the town of Hagensborg BC inside the Norwegian Heritage House Museum. We have local staff to help answer any questions. Our Visitor Information is open from July 2nd through the month of September. We offer up-to-date information on open trails and activities as well as information on local accommodations. The Sun Peaks Lodge is located in 2 adjacent buildings in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort, with ski-in/ski-out access, just steps away from the chairlift for skiing, hiking and biking and the 18-hole Golf Course. All the village shops & restaurants are located directly outside the front door. The 44 rooms and studios are tastefully decorated and feature flat screen TV , comfortable beds with duvets, hotel fridge, private safe, phone, coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea, iron/ironing board, renovated bathrooms with walk in rain showers and hairdryer. Continuously occupied for over 4,300 years, Yuquot village became the capital for all 17 tribes of the Nootka Sound region.
