Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
Only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver, allow 2 - 3 hours for your visit to Vancouver's iconic Capilano Suspension Bridge, hanging 450 feet (137m) across and 230 feet (70m) above Capilano River. The park offers more than just the bridge. Its surrounding 27 acres celebrate nature, history and culture in unique and thrilling ways. Cliffwalk hangs for 213m (700ft) and reaches 91m (300ft) high, hugging the granite cliffside and offering a panoramic view of the thriving rainforest and canyon far below. On Treetops Adventure walk from one magnificent old growth Douglas-fir to another on a series of seven elevated suspension bridges, reaching as high as 110 feet (33m), for a squirrel's eye view of the forest. Guides, signage and interactive exhibits throughout the park help you in your understanding of rainforest ecosystems and their sustainability.
Panorama Mountain
The massive mountain rises 4000 vertical ft and covers 3000 acres of terrain suitable for all abilities. Intermediates carve the famed fall-line groomed runs while advanced skiers revel in the steeps of Taynton Bowl. The summits 8000 ft elevation, just below tree-line, provides breathtaking views and stands tall over this convenient ski-in/ski-out village and the nearby quaint town of Invermere. After an exhilarating day on the slopes guests rejuvenate in Canadas largest slopeside hot-pools. The resorts relaxed character and abundance of onsite activities including heliskiing, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and tubing make it a favourite for destination skiers. Westbank Museum & West Kelowna Visitor Centre
The Westbank Museum and West Kelowna Visitor Centre is open. We are a community museum as well as a Visitor Information Centre. We strive to promote our community's history and to give visitors outstanding service! We are open daily 9 am to 4 pm from May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend.

The Exploration Place Museum & Science Centre

The Little Prince Steam Engine operates seasonally, from the May long weekend to the September Labour Day statutory holiday, and then on the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.
