Bella Coola Mountain Lodge is perfectly located in the community of Hagensborg, just 15 minutes from the BC Ferries docks at Bella Coola townsite, and only 35 minutes from Tweedsmuir Provincial Park, encompassing all that the Bella Coola Valley has to offer. At the lodge we offer accommodations in 14 rooms and suites, varying from single rooms to one bedroom suites, all with modern amenities including satellite television, wireless internet, and en-suite bathrooms.

A short walk from downtown Nelson we are located on Kootenay Lake at the Prestige Marina. You can paddle right from our office. We have a convenient launching dock and paddles and life jackets are included with each rental. There is no more convenient place to get on the water!

The Northern Rockies Lodge operates year round without any government subsidies and we were able to build over the last 3+ decades a self-sufficient village in the wilderness for you: We generate our own power, our own water and sewage systems. In addition to providing overnight accommodations for the Alcan travellers, we are also a popular vacation destination for many guests. Come to the Northern Rockies Lodge to get away from the city stress: Enjoy world class fly in fishing, canoeing and flightseeing tours around the Muskwa Kechika and to Virginia Falls at Nahanni National Park.

We offer 10 log lakeside cabins. And over 20 campsites all located on Fishpot Lake. The main lodge has a licensed resterant, small convienence store and sells basic fishing and hunting supplies and tags. We have a swim dock with diving board and can boast nice swimming through the summer months. We rent boats with electric motors and a canoe as well for touring around the lake. We also have a boat launch, but we do have a motor boat restriction size of 10 horsepower or less gas motors. We have a covered barbeque area and a playground for children as well. The resort is beautifully landscaped with rose gardens and lush greenery. During your stay you may see playful Otters and Seals, Hummingbirds, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, and maybe even Orcas swimming through the channel. Time can be spent beachcombing, checking out the starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing in and around the heated pool and hot tub. The property has a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court.

Harrison Hot Springs, a vacation destination, is just 4 km from our country inn, which is nestled beneath Green Mountain, on a lush grassy meadow, surrounded by a mature forest.
