We have the flexibility of choosing to include breakfast or we offer a reduced rate if you don't have time for breakfast. Gourmet breakfast can include housemade granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, baked goods or farm fresh eggs and local double smoked bacon, Baked french toast, Portobello mushroom sausage hash or something similiar. Cheers Cowichan is now operated by MyGo Tours and Transportation. We offer group wine and brew tours, year round to wineries and pubs in the Cowichan Valley. We specialize in winery and craft brewery tours, We pick up and drop off from all locations from Victoria to Parksville. Your group is the only group on your private tour. We have a 14 and an 18 passenger bus with driver and local tour guide. Private transport is also available for events: weddings, corporate, festivals, sports teams. Professional and personal service. Groups only. Fees are per busload, not per person. We visit 3-4 wineries or brew pubs and one restaurant. Always best to email us or call us so we can personalize your tour. It's picturesque lake makes it a great spot to enjoy fishing, picnicking, walking, swimming, and nordic skiing in the winter. Grizzly Bear sightings are common in Spring and early Summer. Open from May 15 through the last weekend in September.

McLean Mill is a rare, surviving example of an early-to-mid 20th century logging and lumber operation in British Columbia. Established in 1925 by Robert Bartlett McLean, his wife Cora and their three sons, it continued as a family-run operation until 1965. McLean Mill was designated a national historic site of Canada in 1989 to commemorate its collection of extant resources related to significant aspects of the forest industry.
