We offer trips from PORT HARDY to NANAIMO depending on the time of year and where the best diving is at the time. Our Port Hardy & Hornby Island trips are usually sold out months and years in advance so book your adventure early.

The Barn building on our property was left empty at the end of our horses lives. Not wanting to have the building unused, we eventually decided to expand our home-based art and photography business which had been housed for years in our much smaller studio into this great new space. After months of renovations ART IN THE BARN GALLERY was born. We went on, to further renovate space to house Gabriels full-service, in-house Photography Studio and a full service on site framing shop. We both have a long history of working in Victoria as well as years of experience in our professions and work spanning Canada and other countries. It is fabulous to have such a wonderful place to showcase our work. While we predominantly display our own art and photography, we also occasionally host other talented people with locally made artwork for display and sale which includes pottery, jewelry. A must see. Your day will start with a scenic jet boat trip down Quesnel Lake to the Cariboo Mountains Park and into the wetlands of the Mitchell and Penfold Rivers. This eco system is as it has been for all time. Your senses will be rewarded with sights of Salmon swimming in the crystal clear river, beavers swimming with tree branches in their mouth. Rounding a bend in the river you can spot grizzly bears feeding on the returning salmon. Large Giant Ancient Cedar Forests surround you so you have the chance to hike in un-spoiled wilderness. This adventure can be extended for up to a week by staying at our out post cabin at the end of the North arm of Quesnel Lake. The river will be full of red sockeye salmon. You will need to bring a telephoto lens for those shots of a life time. You will see Grizzly cubs with thier mothers as well as big male grizzlies.
