Welcome to Nass Base Camp! Two and a half hours north from the main lodge in Terrace you will find a cozy operation on the banks of Meziaden Lake that has a strong and loyal client base who return to this special place annually. If you are lucky enough to secure a spot, you will understand why anglers are drawn back here every year. The rivers are medium sized and easy to read and wade. Due to the lodges remote location, the chance of seeing other anglers is extremely rare. Each morning we will trailer our boats to different locations on multiple rivers. Our lodge is very casual and rustic. Two waterfront cabins & a one-bedroom suite on a half acre property on the Ucluelet harbour waterfront. Each unit sleeps 2 with a Queen bed. The cabins have kitchenettes & a deck with BBQ & 2-person Jacuzzi soaker tub. The suite has a full kitchen, a deck with BBQ & exclusive use of a hot tub. Breakfast supplies are provided in each unit, and all 3 units are pet-friendly. Our beach is perfect to launch a kayak or canoe. Lots of wildlife including deer, racoons, sea lions, river otters & Bald eagles; a Blue Heron frequents the rocks off our beach regularly. A few times a year a group of transient Orcas come into the harbor & swim right past our property!
