We are a little farm based in Lantzville (seven minutes north of Nanaimo) on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia. We are Nanaimo area's family destination for fun! Stop by and visit the adorable miniature animals in our petting farm, and peruse the delightful home decor shop on site where you can pick up a t-shirt or a locally made soap! Pick up a farm-grown bee-friendly hanging basket, or bring a picnic lunch to enjoy outside. We offer birthday parties, workshops, and often host concerts. Tidy modern washrooms on site. Operated by the Agassiz-Harrison Historical Society, the Agassiz-Harrison Museum & Visitor Information Centre preserves and promotes Agassiz-Harrison Valley history, heritage and culture of Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs, and Harrison Mills. Amenities include our wheelchair accessible, family friendly 1893 heritage CPR station, which houses two museum galleries, archives, gift shop, and a full service visitor information booth. There is plenty of free parking and a picnic/play area in adjacent Pioneer Park. We are located off Highway 7 in downtown Agassiz, south of the railway tracks and within walking distance to local businesses and restaurants. We are open year round. Summer hours are 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM daily. Winter hours are 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wednesday - Saturday.

Despite living in the heart of nature, you are only 20 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beauty of Deep Cove, and 5 minutes to shopping. Ski hills, golf, restaurants and theaters are all within a 15 minute drive.

Mount Robson Whitewater is a family owned and operated company that specializes in rafting tours on the Fraser River including white water rafting and scenic float tours. They also operate the Mount Robson Shadows Cabins and Campground.

Theatre NorthWest is a regional, professional theatre dedicated to bringing our audience a wide range of plays drawn from contemporary Canadian and international repertoires. Actors and other theatre professionals are contracted for each production from across Canada to work with our resident staff in order to bring together a four-play season which runs from September to May.
