We have snowshoe rental packages available for adults, youth and children as well as tandem, solo and 4-seater canoe rentals all year round! We offer doorstep delivery, basic instruction, trip planning and pick-up on your schedule. We also offer guided hikes, canoe trips on the lakes or ocean and custom speedboat tours. Guided trips are the best way to see the local area in a personalized way without all the prep, research and gear; we handle that stuff! We also do outdoor education, so we can add a lesson to your canoe rental, offer lake and ocean canoe courses and outdoor skills instruction to meet your needs. Panorama Vacation Retreat at Horsethief Lodge, nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, is a favorite among visitors. Here's how my tours work ... I customize them to what people want. I'm the only guide who can take people into the heritage buildings, the only one that has a Master's degree in Chinese Canadian History, and I donate money to the Chinese associations for upkeep and renovations. I take people into numerous clan and county Association buildings, to a herbal store, to a produce store, etc. Tell me what you want the focus of the tour to be and I will make it happen.

Want to soar like an eagle? Or knock an item off of your bucket list? Then come and visit us! We offer tandem flights for: Paragliding, Hang Gliding & Motorized Hang Gliding Trike. Tandem flights range in time from 8 minutes to over an hour, depending on the conditions. If you want to become a pilot yourself, we have qualified instructors to teach you how to paraglide or hang glide. The flight park has 2 launch sites and a 2000' grass runway and 2 smaller taxiways as well as a Pilot's Lounge, an outdoor covered deck where you can relax after your flight and watch others "commit acts of aviation"! We are open from late April to mid-October, weather permitting.
