The BC Wine Information Centre is a wine store with a difference. We love BC wine because it is our home. Our staff have years of intimate wine knowledge that can only come from living in wine country. We commute past vineyards daily and have casual conversations with winemakers weekly when they deliver their wines or shop in our store. We stock over 900 wines from more than 150 BC wineries. Our wine fridge is stocked with ready-chilled bottles of white, rosé, and sparkling wine and The Icon Room features only the most exclusive wines produced in BC. In addition, we have a wide variety of wine accessories, local gourmet food products, gift items, and books about food and wine. We can produce custom gift-baskets or select from ready-made baskets that are always on display. You can join our Wine Club and receive regular shipments of the wines that caught out attention. We can also arrange worry-free shipping of your wine collection home from your touring experiences in the Okanagan.

Darts Hill Garden Park spans 22.5 acres of beautifully cultivated parkland in South Surrey, anchored by the original 7.5-acre garden lovingly developed by Edwin and Francisca Darts. This renowned garden is a testament to their pioneering spirit, horticultural curiosity, and unwavering dedication to working the land.

The Quatse River Campground is within a richly forested regional park, with trees hundreds of years old. 62 tenting or RV sites private and treed or riverside. Power, water, sani-dump, free showers, coin laundry, firewood, WIFI, pets welcome. Enjoy hiking, swimming and fishing. Close to town, airport and ferry. Take a tour next door at the Quatse Salmon Centre and Hatchery. All proceeds fund salmon conservation efforts on Northern Vancouver Island.

We also offer instructional clinics in basic fishing, beginner and advanced fly casting (including Spey style with switch and double hand rods), fly tying and more. The Poolside Suite, which is on the lower floor of the main house, where we live, is very spacious and has its own private entrance, patio, and secluded terrace leading to the pool area. The pool area is shared with the Carriage House, also listed on this site number 151470 and occasionally no more than 2 Airstream guests. We have a seasonally heated saltwater pool and lawned area with a badminton/volleyball net, both shared with the Carriage House also listed on this site. The price is based on number of guests. The suite has one queen bedroom, day bed for 2nd guest situated in a separate room and 2nd bedroom has two twin beds available to 3rd and 4th. Should the second guest wish to use the second bedroom then we do charge extra, but with our day bed in a separate room, it should not be necessary. The kitchen has a microwave, countertop convection oven, two-plate hob, breakfast bar, fridge and freezer, crockery, coffee maker, and kettle, where you can enjoy preparing a meal whilst keeping your eye on your little ones, watching TV or socializing with your accompanying guests. The pool table is an extra bonus available to those guests with no accompanying children.We have a barbecue on the private patio, pictures of all can be viewed under photos. I adore gardening so there is an abundance of hanging baskets and climbing plants on the terrace to be enjoyed including grapevines. We welcome children of all ages, however, for longer stays, for large families or those with several very young children we recommend our 2-bedroomed Carriage Houser also advertised on this site, which has a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and private gardens.For the security of all our guests, we only allow registered guests onto the property so rest assured there will always be a spot for you by the pool.Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: 4392
