Kelowna Actors Studio Inc. (KAS) was formed in May of 2003 to produce vibrant, exciting presentations of the worlds best loved Broadway productions, present fun, challenging and enriching learning experiences for students of all ages, become the premiere forerunner and prime example of a high quality theatre company and enrich the cultural landscape of the Okanagan valley. Over the past 14 years, Actors Studio has successfully produced over 86 major productions, grown to accommodate over 250 students a semester and won civic and regional awards for their contribution to the arts.

This premier property offers the best ski in ski out access at the Kimberley Alpine Resort, and incredible views of the western slope of the Canadian Rockies. Walk out your door and ski down to the main quad lift - the Northstar Express. Ski/snowboard right to your door at the end of the day. Relax in your private hot tub while watching the slopes. All units have private hot tubs and BBQs.

We are a full service campground with all pull through sites that have 30 amp power, water and sewer. We also have two large areas that you can tent or have group gatherings. There is also a shower/laundry house where you pay $1.00 for 10 minutes in the shower and $2 to wash and $2 to dry your laundry.

We fish out of Tahsis inlet were we have the option of going out Nootka Sound or Esperenza sound. I have been fishing the west coast from Kenai, Alaska to Victoria, BC since 1978. The fishing in this area is the best all around fishing bar none on the west coast. The salmon highway that we regularly fish is known by every guide on the west coast. Salmon, Halibut and bottom fish.

We can tell you about the steamship that became a tractor (sort of), the first airplane to land in Creston, and the teacher who refused to be fired. Speaking of "great" stories, there's "The Great Railway Race" and the "Great Creston Bank Robbery." And have you heard the one about the imaginary student in Grade Thirteen?
