We are a Non-profit Society preserving the history of the area that shows what life was like back in the Gold Rush days. The 108 Heritage Site has buildings on site going as far back as 1880. The buildings are opened everyday from May long weekend so people can see some of the great artifacts that they hold. The 105 Mile Roadhouse is open to the public to walk through. Our knowledgeable staff and students will be happy to give you a tour and talk about the house and how it was used then. The 108 Heritage Site runs mainly on donations from guests who appreciate and love the history behind the good old days

We are located in Sicamous right under the highway 1 bridge beside the public boat launch. We have the public launch beside us and we have a private ramp for our customers to use as well. We have 2 full service fuel pumps on the water, and have a small store with ice cream, snacks and drinks, as well as some clothes and novelty items. We offer a wide variety of rentals, Double decker pontoon boat, 21 pontoon boats, sport boats, surf boats, 14 fishing boats, sea-doos, canoes, kayaks and stand-up Paddleboards. We can get you out on the Shuswap today. We offer parking with a free shuttle for trucks and trailers or just vehicles. Located right beside the boat launches and the first on the channel we offer the friendly fuel station on the channel, with large hull cushions and friendly staff to get you safely docked and filled. Our beautiful remote wilderness lodge is located at the shore of Williston Lake, 65 km by boat from Hudson's Hope. Pick up in Hudson's Hope is included. We also provide great guided wilderness adventure for individuals, couples and smaller groups (up to 8 persons). All trips are unique and individual, when it comes to accomodation, activities and duration. We can take you into the Rocky Mountains on horse back in tent camp and spend the days riding and hiking - we can go fishing for huge trouts on the lake - we can explore the area on side-by-sides, and maybe see bears, moose, elk and goats. You can stay at our lodge, in a remote cabin or in a tent camp - it can be as wild as you prefer.During the fall we also do hunting adventure of the big game of British Columbia.We look forward to welcome you as friends and say good bye as family !This is a true wilderness adventure!

Often referred to as the best place to stay on the Alaska Highway, the Northern Rockies Lodge is the newest and most impressive hotel in the Liard River (hot springs), Toad River and Muncho Lake region. Ten Mile Lake is a very popular recreational destination for local residents and visitors. It offers multiple lakeside picnic areas, change houses, playground, two large beaches with roped off swimming areas, a boat launch, reservable picnic shelter, walking trails and great fishing. The Lakeside Campground features attractive, treed campsites, showers and flush toilets. While the Touring Campground offers sunny, open sites with 23 pull through sites capable of handling even the largest RV's on the road. Take a rewarding 2-km hike on the old railway grade along the lake, and through the forest to a large beaver pond. For those that enjoy fishing but don't have a boat we have a great fishing dock that was installed in 2015 thanks to the efforts of the Fresh Water Fisheries Society of BC and the Quesnel Rod & Gun Club.

We fish two different premiere locations. Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte Islands) located offshore in the North Pacific and Port Hardy (Vancouver Island). Although, both locations are considered a rain forests and are known for culture, beauty and marine life, they are both arguably known best for their legendary bounties of salmon & halibut.
