Situated in Penticton, at the gateway to the picturesque Naramata Bench, Upper Bench offers a unique experience to locals and visitors by offering pairings of their two passions: award winning wine and artisan cheese. Upper Bench believes great wine is made in the vineyard and farms sustainably, without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Upper Bench produces big bold reds and crisp dry whites. All of Upper Bench's wines come from the mature vines on our unique seven-acre vineyard and a select few other vineyards along the Naramata Bench. Upper Bench is also a CFIA registered creamery, using locally sourced, 100% pasteurized Canadian cows milk. All of our cheese are gluten and additive free, and we maintain our Safe Food for Canadians License. We produce washed, bloomy, natural rinds, lactic, and blue cheese, which are purposefully crafted to pair with our wines.

Carefully located amongst the lush coastline, our self-contained cottages are undoubtedly the coziest on the West Coast. Each cottage features a spacious living area, comfortable bedroom and immaculate bathroom. These spaces are perfect for all who seek a more private setting to enjoy the area. All of our cottages are located within an easy stroll of Coastal Kitchen Cafe & The Renfrew Pub. Our viewpoint penthouse and studios feature private hot tubs.

Mount Robson Provincial Park and Protected Area features 3 campgrounds (Meadows, Rivers, and Lucerne), a beautiful newly redesigned Visitor Centre, the world famous Berg Lake Trail, and countless hikes, rivers, waterfalls, lakes, and mountains in the Rocky Mountains. Part of the Rocky Mountain World UNESCO Heritage site, Mount Robson is located on Hwy 16 between Tete Jaune Cache and Jasper National Park.

As the first fishing charter operation in Port Renfrew, we can steer fishermen onto trophy size fish and navigate hikers and sightseers through beautiful and lush rain forest. Castlegar Sculpturewalk is an annual exhibition of outdoor sculptures, located on a pleasant walking tour in downtown Castlegar. Viewers are encouraged to vote for their favourite sculpture via ballot - the winner of the People's Choice award is purchased by the City for the permanent collections. All of the artworks are available for sale or lease. Ballots/maps are located in red ballot boxes along the route (the start of the route is at the Kootenay Market (635 Columbia Avenue), though you can begin the walk from anywhere. Ballots/maps are also available at the Castlegar Chamber of Commerce, City Hall, or the Kootenay Gallery.

Located at the entrance to Parksville, the Parksville Visitor Centre is conveniently located just off Highway 19A (Exit #46), between the Parksville Museum and the Peace Park. Our courteous and knowledgeable staff provide professional visitor counselling, customized itinerary planning, accommodation and activity reservations, helpful travel information including transportation and community information on all areas of British Columbia. The Visitor Centre is accessible. Public washrooms are available during our business hours.
