The Hedley Museum is closed for the 2022 season now. Opening again in May of 2023. Opening hours generally include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays 10:00-4:00pm. In 2023 we hope to be open 7 days a week for July and August. A charming heritage museum in the heart of the Similkameen Valley, that shares the towns gold mining history. The building houses a gift shop, tea room and an amazing collection of photos, stories and artifacts. The back garden is shaded and provides a welcome place to sit and enjoy the day. The building is wheel accessible and air conditioned. Admission is by donation and our tour guides will gladly show you around the museum. Also lots of brochures, maps and info for tourists & visitors at the info booth inside the museum.

From May through October, Haig-Brown Heritage House, nestled on the Campbell River, offers unique Bed and Breakfast accommodations. Three rooms with views overlooking the grounds are available for up to seven guests. The house interior reflects the character and modest lifestyle of the family. The gardens and grounds remain true to what the Haig-Browns originally created and cared for.

Cariboo Trail Adventures is deeply rooted in our passion for showcasing the rich history and natural beauty of the Gold Rush Trail in 100 Mile House, BC. Deluxe safari tents with with either king bed or two doubles. The camp is perched on a 630' long deck 16 feet in the air above the water's edge. Packages are all-inclusive with chef-prepared meals, guided activities and grizzly bear, eagle and salmon watching in the autumn months. Fishing, hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, SUPing, and wildlife viewing are included. Round trip private flights and transportation packages from Vancouver are included in our all-inclusive packages.

Imagine the wind in your hair as we cruise up the lake, past picturesque mountain vistas and waterfalls in the heart of the Kootenay's. We provide ice for your favorite beverages, an onboard barbecue and a large bike rack! Dont forget to bring your favorite music playlist as our boat is equipped with Bluetooth! We offer a relaxing, smooth, stable and safe experience aboard the Wildflower, a 26 foot Avalon Cantina tritoon.

Wolf Valley is a remote retreat, an abundant acreage all surrounded by Crown land and filled with nature, wildlife, solitude. Cottonwood House is one of the last remaining roadhouses in British Columbia. With over 75 years of Boyd family legacy, a visit to this historic site will allow you to experience the rich history of the Cariboo region first hand. Cottonwood House was built in 1864 offering accommodation, meals, hardware and provisions to many on their journey along the Cariboo Wagon Road to Barkerville or Quesnel. Today, this 26 acre wheelchair accessible provincial heritage site is a tourist destination offering heritage interpretation, hiking, and day use facilities.

Sardis Outdoor Rentals offers bicycles, paddle boards and kayaks for rent in Chilliwack. We are a mobile service located within the Sardis neighbourhood. Rentals are dropped off at Vedder Park (located off the Vedder River Rotary Trail) or Cultus Lake.
