Jamie's Whaling Station has been offering authentic, family-friendly eco-adventures since 1982. We are your connection to Whales, Bears, and Hot Springs Cove in Tofino & Ucluelet. Join us for one of many adventures on our larger family-friendly vessels or on our fast-paced Zodiac vessels. We also offer Water Taxi service, private charters and Kayaking tours through our partner Paddle West Kayaking. The Bulkley Valley Nordic Centre features a 52 km network of cross country ski trails through sheltered spruce and pine forest. 11 km of the trails are dog friendly. 5.5 kms of lit trails provide an excellent opportunity for skiing after work or school. Trail lights are on until 9:30 pm every night. The trails are groomed and set for both classic and skate techniques frequently. The Buchfink Memorial lodge offers a kitchen, indoor washrooms, change rooms, and a roomy seating area upstairs. The Gary Murdoch Memorial wax hut provides a warm and functional space for waxing.

In Tofino we target primarily chinook and coho salmon (with the occasional sockeye, chum or pink), halibut, rockfish, albacore tuna as well as Dungeness crab.
