Transportation for Powell River's Canoe Route and waterways. Transportation is what we do best. Needing a ride to your start point or to get home? How about a group trip? Maybe your vehicle isn't ready for the many miles of potholed dirt roads, mud and logging trucks to get to the lakes. Also, the Powell Forest Canoe Route isn't a full circle rather more U shaped. We fish out of Tahsis inlet were we have the option of going out Nootka Sound or Esperenza sound. I have been fishing the west coast from Kenai, Alaska to Victoria, BC since 1978. The fishing in this area is the best all around fishing bar none on the west coast. The salmon highway that we regularly fish is known by every guide on the west coast. Salmon, Halibut and bottom fish.

Located in the heart of the Village, close walking distance to the public beach, playgrounds, ball fields, shopping & restaurants. Sites are treed, 10 of the 40 sites are powered, additional 28 overflow sites. Showers, water fill-ups and sani-dump on site. Campground open May-Oct.
