Elevated Fishing Adventures
Join a local guide for a uniquely Canadian experience on one of the mountain lakes surrounding Sun Peaks. Try your hand at catching a few of the hard-fighting wild Rainbow Trout through the ice. Everything from pick up to drop off is provided from Sun Peaks, door to door transportation, a heated ice fishing tent, a hot beverage and all the fishing gear you need to catch some fish.
The Recreation Inn & Suites
We are a family-owned and operated motel in Kelowna that features a seasonal outdoor pool, barbecue and picnic area and are centrally located right next to Parkinson Recreation Center. The SS Moyie National Historic Site
The Kootenay Lake Historical Society is the custodian of the S.S. Moyie, the world's oldest intact passenger sternwheeler. The Moyie plied Kootenay Lake for 59 years - it is now a National Historic Site and Museum. Open from May through October, visitors are taken back in time when the board the vessel. Fun for families and people of all ages!

Arlo's Honey is a two time award-winner at the Inter-Provincial Exhibition and has been cherished as gifts. Book a tour of the honey farm. Learn about the importance of bees to agriculture, an overview of the hive, and enjoy viewing the bees, or book an extended tour where they will open up a hive for you to see. Tours also include a taste of honey and must be booked in advance. Based on the philosophy healthy bees are happy bees, Arlo's strives to create a clean environment of minimum stress. We are located on the edge of the spectacular Wells Gray Provincial Park in the North Thompson Valley in Clearwater, B.C. We offer a cozy 2 bedroom suite with your choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms, featuring beautifully crafted log beds, custom built by a local artisan. Includes free wifi and AC throughout. Our bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and all linens. Our cozy living room offers a flat screen tv and is adjoining your own fully equipped kitchen, custom built by another of our very talented local artisans. The kitchen offers a full-size fridge and range to cook at your leisure. We provide a full continental self-serve breakfast with cheese, meats, eggs, fresh seasonal fruit, baked goods, cold & hot cereals, tea/coffee/juice and homemade preserves.
