The Knutsford/Kamloops RV Campground is situated in a tree filled valley bottom. In the middle of the park runs a seasonal mountain stream which has trails accessible in downtown Kamloops. Within minutes one has access to a variety of fishing lakes, hiking trails, as well as many golf courses.

Conkle Lake Provincial Park
Facilities: 34 campsites, 2 group sites, public beach, picnic area, boat launch, hiking trails, pit toilets, hand water pump. There is a 10hp boating restriction on the lake. Location: The best access road is off of Highway 3 about 6km east of Bridesville. Follow Johnstone Creek Road for 25km to the park. It is a maintained gravel road and takes approximately 40 minutes from the highway turnoff. Other access points off of Highway 33 and from OK Falls are not well marked and are unmaintained forestry roads that are not suitable for vehicle traffic. Conkle Lake is a secluded lake in the sub-alpine Kettle Valley area that offers rainbow trout fishing, canoeing, swimming and hiking. Come enjoy the sunshine, sandy beach and pristine views at this out-of-the-way gem! Firewood is available for sale. Open from May Long Weekend through Labour Day.
Whistler Lodge Hostel
The Whistler Lodge is a 42 bed backpacker's hostel, centrally located just 3km south of Whistler Village and 1km north of Whistler Creekside. Our historic lodge was built in 1965 by students from UBC's Varsity Outdoor Club and until recently, was operated by the Alma Mater Society of UBC. Now under new ownership & management, we offer bunks in dorm style rooms as well as private and semi private rooms. If you are looking for an authentic Whistler experience, come stay with us!

Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site
Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site is an authentic representation of a once thriving community of canneries, boat yards, and residences, along the scenic shores of the Fraser River. Tour the oldest shipyard buildings in British Columbia, as you experience a bygone time when fishing and boatbuilding were flourishing industries on the Fraser River. Many of the buildings date back to 1885 and tell the stories of the diverse community of residents and workers in the historic fishing village of Steveston. The collection of heritage buildings has national value and was designated a National Historic Site in 1992.
