I know my passion for fishing and the outdoors stems from a childhood out on the river / lake with a fishing rod in hand.
Baldy Mountain Resort
Baldy Mountain Resort offers some of the lowest seasons pass and lift ticket prices in all of BC. The mountain is home to exceptionally dry, smooth interior powder over 25 ft per year that stays nice and cold in the high alpine all season long. Powder turns can be found at the end of an epic day. Visit us to experience panoramic views, fresh air, outstanding grooming, minimal to no lift lines, and good times that will create lasting memories.
Reds Rentals and Marina
We are located in Sicamous right under the highway 1 bridge beside the public boat launch. We have the public launch beside us and we have a private ramp for our customers to use as well. We have 2 full service fuel pumps on the water, and have a small store with ice cream, snacks and drinks, as well as some clothes and novelty items. We offer a wide variety of rentals, Double decker pontoon boat, 21 pontoon boats, sport boats, surf boats, 14 fishing boats, sea-doos, canoes, kayaks and stand-up Paddleboards. We can get you out on the Shuswap today. We offer parking with a free shuttle for trucks and trailers or just vehicles. Located right beside the boat launches and the first on the channel we offer the friendly fuel station on the channel, with large hull cushions and friendly staff to get you safely docked and filled. Roedde House Museum
Welcome to the Roedde family's home. Gustav and Matilda Roedde settled in Vancouver in 1888. Gustav opened the first bookbinding business in Vancouver and by 1893 moved into their new house in the West End. Roedde House is attributed to famed architect Francis Rattenbury and is a City of Vancouver-designated Class A Heritage House. Since 1980, the Roedde House Preservation Society has taken painstaking care to renovate and furnish the house to reflect the ambience of late Victorian family life. Come in and experience life in the late 19th century for yourself!
