As a family run business in operation since 1983, we welcome you to enjoy the ultimate West Coast experience. As the first fishing charter operation in Port Renfrew, we can steer fishermen onto trophy size fish and navigate hikers and sightseers through beautiful and lush rain forest. We’re pleased to welcome back 70% of our customers as returnees each year. We have five cottages with wharfage.

The Flora's/Bamfield Inn property is a combination of 3 buildings. Newly renovated, the 12 'room' inn (in the back) has private accommodations and bathrooms, with a common kitchen and living room area for guests to use. The front building hosts an ocean front event room and family style accommodation unit for those that want to be right on the water and at the boardwalk. The middle and largest building on the property is a 100 years old, with TONS of history, and will soon to be a restaurant, a bar and have 8 upper suites/rooms (opening approx. May 2024). The building has 2 large decks overlooking the channel to enjoy, one being the FLORA's restaurant and bar, and 4 water view rooms are available as well. If you want to come fishing, visit a unique, small, beautiful west coast town, hike to Cape Beale, rest after finishing the famous West Coast trail, relax on an amazing beach, host an event/wedding/family get together/retreat or meeting, then this is THE PLACE FOR YOU!

If youre looking for a friendly hotel in Port Hardy, if you are travelling on business, work or for a holiday look no further than The Airport Inn. Our 43 renovated guest rooms include 58 inch flat screen, 3/4 sized fridge, microwave and coffee maker. New Kitchenette units are available but limited. WI-Fi and telephones are included in each guest room. On-Site laundry available. Liquor store is available 11am to 11pm. Late check-ins are available. Shuttle service to Port Hardy Airport is available. Free continental breakfast available during peak season. Meeting rooms are now available. The API Pub is now Thursday to Saturday. As an added convenience, there is free parking available to guests. EV charging station is available. McLean Mill is a rare, surviving example of an early-to-mid 20th century logging and lumber operation in British Columbia. Established in 1925 by Robert Bartlett McLean, his wife Cora and their three sons, it continued as a family-run operation until 1965. McLean Mill was designated a national historic site of Canada in 1989 to commemorate its collection of extant resources related to significant aspects of the forest industry. Whether you wish to take in the history or to go for scenic walk with your family or fur baby, you wont be disappointed. The surroundings are breathtaking and informative. Grab the family, bring a picnic and make it a day at the Mill! 10am-4pm 7-Days/Week during the summer season, however the Mill and Steam Donkey are non operational at this present time. Take a Self-Guided Walking Tour and explore the historic site, buildings and machinery. Admission during the summer season is $10/Adult, $5/Students/Seniors & 7 and Under is Free.

This Elegant Victorian Manor is located in the heart of the historic James Bay. The Haterleigh Heritage Inn is a 1901 Victorian Mansion built by the architect Thomas Hooper for himself and his family.
