Founded in 1995, Tin Whistle Brewing is the original craft brewery of the South Okanagan, offering a wide selection of beer for locals and visitors alike. Tin Whistle was named after the first locomotive train to run on the Kettle Valley Railway which when it was constructed connected the regions of the Okanagan Valley like never before. Since 1979, the Inuit Gallery of Vancouver Ltd. has offered a museum-quality collection of masterwork Inuit, Northwest Coast, and other Canadian art. We carry a tradition of presenting important exhibitions of Indigenous art, featuring new works by senior artists and exploring the work of the talented next generation of artists.

Established in 1971, the Sidney Museum has served the community of Sidney and North Saanich since then. Run by the Society of Saanich Peninsula Museums, the museum promotes awareness of local heritage through exhibits, programs, and collections. Its permanent collection consists of over 6000 items. In addition to its permanent exhibits, the museum also features rotating monthly exhibits. These temporary exhibits include everything from an annual Quilting display, a Teddy Bear Christmas Display, and of course the famous 3-month long Lego Exhibit. The Society of Saanich Peninsula Museums is a non-profit organization, and the Museum is open to the public by donation.
