Learn about the importance of bees to agriculture, an overview of the hive, and enjoy viewing the bees, or book an extended tour where they will open up a hive for you to see. Tours also include a taste of honey and must be booked in advance. Based on the philosophy healthy bees are happy bees, Arlo's strives to create a clean environment of minimum stress. A gem of Vancouver Island Heritage; Filberg Park is nine acres of breathtakingly landscaped waterfront green space, gardens and heritage buildings, in Comox, British Columbia. Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park have become a popular venue for picnics, weddings, art shows and special events including the popular Filberg Festival held each year on BC Day long weekend in August. Amenities include the Filberg Gift Shop* and Filberg Tea House. Both are open seasonally May to September.Entry to the Lodge is by donation and the park is free of charge except during special events. *Lodge and Gift Shop are open subject to volunteer availability.

The folks here just love to listen to these stories as they run their friendly tasting room, winery, and 17-acre vineyard.

Canada's largest cross country ski and snowshoe club featuring the largest daily groomed trail network in North America (105 km) combined with neighbouring SilverStar Mountain Resort. We are a full-service, non-profit organization providing a day lodge, youth and adult programs, lessons, rentals, ski servicing and light fare. We are located 5 minutes from SilverStar, 20 minutes from Vernon and 60 minutes from the Kelowna International Airport (YLW).

We apologize but due to COVID and extenuating circumstances our E-bike rentals have been suspended indefinitely. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We do however, offer sales and service of our own line of E-bikes and a variety of e-scooters both online and from our storefront in Victoria. We hope to see you sometime soon!

This year she has twins and I seen them for the first time romping through a field of daisies. Crazy lucky I feel to live here and enjoy these moments. Both cottages are now fully equipped with kitchenettes so you may have options to cook a light meal at home or for a special occasion please ask and I am happy to offer breakfast or late afternoon cheese plate served to you out in your hideaway.
