In Tofino we target primarily chinook and coho salmon (with the occasional sockeye, chum or pink), halibut, rockfish, albacore tuna as well as Dungeness crab. Cameron Ocean Adventures offers whale watching & wildlife tours: With a focus on finding whales, we also encounter a multitude of other marine life, such as sea lions, seals, sea otters, eagles and marine birds. Our tours take place on a 43 foot (13 meter) covered boat with indoor and outdoor viewing areas, heated cabin and bathroom onboard. We provide inflatable life jackets for all our guests to be worn during the tour, as well as life jackets for children. We also provide binoculars for all our guests to use.
