The Fort St. John North Peace Museum tells the story of the Fort St. John region from the dinosaurs to the oil and gas industries of today. Learn more about Indigenous people, the fur trade, homesteaders, and the development of Fort St. John and the North Peace region of British Columbia. Come explore a tepee, trapper's cabin, blacksmith's shop, 1921 school room, 1930s dentist office, missionary chapel, 1930 Outpost Hospital room, 1910 BC Police Barracks and Jail, Finch's General Store, and more! Try interactive activities like sorting mail in our post office. Our gift shop is a fabulous place to find books on the Peace Region, BC, Alberta, and the Yukon. We have a wide variety of souvenirs, clothing, stuffed animals, jewellery, and gifts. Our archives can help answer requests about the North Peace from photographs to genealogy. We're open Monday to Saturday year-round.

O'Keefe Ranch was founded in 1867 by Cornelius O'Keefe. His family lived on site for 110 years before it was opened as an historic ranch, meaning it still houses one of the most complete collections of one family's stuff (from the Victorian and Edwardian eras) in all of the province. Today O'Keefe Ranch is operated by a non-profit society and is a registered charity. Come visit us during our open season from May to October - stroll along the boardwalk, visit our original buildings (set up as they were more than 100 years ago!), visit the Greenhow museum, and go say hello to our many farm animals.

The BC Wildlife Park is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue & rehabilitation of injured wildlife. Discover some of British Columbia's iconic wildlife and view nearly 200 animals and 65 animal species, including bears, elk, bobcats, arctic wolves, and cougars. The majority of the Parks animals are rescued, including Clover, the only Kermode Bear in human care in the world. Book an interactive VIP Wildlife Experience or Wildlife Encounter, or enjoy seasonal activities such as feed talks, animal encounters, Bird of Prey flight demonstrations, splash park, playground, Wildlife Express miniature train, and more. The Douglas J. Husband Discovery Centre is an accessible space for dialogue and discovery about our communitys past, present, and future. Featuring authentic objects, digital experiences, and fascinating stories, all are welcome to engage with Deltas storied history. Learn by using the touchscreens in our galleries and creating new land forms in our sand table. Watch our water table demonstrate how the region of Delta was formed over 9000 years and use a wand to activate the animals in the habitat theatre. Visit and discover Delta today! Join us for a NATURAL ESCAPE in our unique selection of handcrafted wooden kayaks, our stable double-kayaks, canoes and combination kayak/stand-up paddle boards to view our beautiful, majestic mountains and waterways. Guided tours and rentals available. We provide the equipment and guide for a tour of our beautiful mountain lakes. Instruction in essential kayaking safety and paddling techniques will start off all our tours. Don't just look at our nature, join us to really feel it!

Our brewery lounge and tasting room is Quesnel's favourite meeting place. We are fully licensed and serve locally-sourced artisanal pizza and other delicious snacks to go with a rotating assortment of our brews (12 taps). We also serve wine and cider, and non-alcoholic as well as root beer, ginger ale, and cola. Settle in at our custom-built TIMBER KINGS table, or enjoy the fresh air on our patio - accompanied CHILDREN are always welcome.

Backyard Vineyards is nestled in the lush countryside of south Langley, less than an hour's drive from Vancouver.
