B & B is in the Lake Kathlyn Area, beside Huds.Bay Mount. We are in a wildlife area right beside the Silvern Lake Trail with views to the Kathlyn Glacier, Twin Falls. The Trail is ideal for hiking a. biking in the summer and snowmobiling/X-Country in the winter. After that you can relax in our Outdoor Hot-Tub with glacierview. Overlooking the most iconic photographed view in the South Okanagan sits Bighorn Ridge Guest House on 10 native acres in the Great Basin Desert. The Campground and Day-Use Area was minimally affected by the Rock Creek Fire. Facilities: 113 campsites, 1 large group site, public beach and day-use area, playground, shower, flush toilets, sani-station. Location: 5 km north of Rock Creek on Highway 33. Kettle River Recreation Area is one of the largest and most popular destination family campgrounds in the Okanagan - Boundary Region. Located minutes from amenities in Rock Creek, it is only 45 minutes from Osoyoos and 90 minutes from Kelowna. Campers will want to bring their bikes and floaties! This park offers fantastic biking/hiking opportunities and access to the historic Trans Canada Trail network. A bike pump track was recently added and is a hit with kids of all ages. In the summer months, campers walk their tubes and floaties to the Kettle River that flows alongside the campground, while others enjoy basking on the sandy beaches and swimming in the river. The iconic Kettle River Trestle at the day-use serves as a beautiful backdrop for park users and is a great photo opportunity! Reservations are strongly recommended during peak season, however last-minute campers may be able to find a spot in July and August. Spring and Fall campers enjoy large, sun-filled sites in a peaceful, pristine setting. Firewood and ice are available for sale at the Host Site. Open from the first weekend in May through the last weekend in September.

Enjoy your stay in a country setting with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Uniquely decorated interior, self-contained, private entrance, wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower, kitchenette, TV, DVD, BBQ and patio. Our Icelandic horses, pony, and goats graze in the pasture and you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Brouse Creek is running through our 11 acre property and you can watch many birds. The comfortable and friendly family-run Red Tree Lodge is centrally located and has many hostel-like features including a fully equipped guest kitchen, sauna, hot tub, indoor kids pool, 24 seat movie room (free movie rentals), laundry facilities and a games room with pool table, foozeball, poker table and lots more board games. We have a ski tuning room, heated boot room, and ski lock-up for winter guests and a bike storage, bike and boot wash station and BBQ area for summer guests. Free high-speed internet is available throughout the lodge and parking (with winter hook-ups) is also free. All rooms are en-suites and have coffee/tea, mini fridge, microwave and air conditioning.
