Our orchards back right onto Trout Creek, so feel free to wander through the gently swaying trees and stay a while!

From the heart of British Columbia's Okanagan Valley, welcome to Gray Monk Estate Winery, which was established in 1972 by George and Trudy Heiss. Working with the Heiss family, Gray Monk is now proudly owned and operated by Andrew Peller Limited. The Gray Monk Estate is comprised of 25 acres of lush vineyards overlooking Okanagan Lake, in addition to premium grapes sourced throughout the Okanagan Valley, to produce some of the world's finest wines.

The winery sits on the rolling hills of our vineyard. The peak of the winery overlooks gorgeous views of peaceful Vaseux Lake. The land sits on 10 acres with five acres of planted grapes. Join us for a tasting, then sit and relax in our grassy amphitheatre. Take in the scenery, picnic, stay awhile and you never know which bird you may spot: could be a hawk, a couple of ospreys or other species.

We offer a wide selection of quality boats, sea doos, and non-motorized equipment such as Stand Up Paddleboards, kayaks, and mounain bikes. We also offer private lessons, boat tours, water taxis and rescue. No boat licence required; we provide you with a detailed tutorial of how to operate the pleasurecraft safely and provide a temporary boat licence valid for the duration of your rental. Lifejackets and safety equipment are all included in your rental, as well as a tow rope when renting any form of tow equipment. Our trained staff will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding the lake, places to go, or how to tow a person. Founded in 2004, the Smith Family built Howling Bluff Estate Winery and vineyard from scratch on our farm on Three Mile Rd that is now part of the famous Naramata Bench wine region. We released our first vintage, the 2006 Sauvignon Blanc, in the spring of 2007. Four BC Lieutenant Governor awards, one Silver in the Decanter World Wine awards, one Red Wine of the Year award, and too many other accolades to count later, Howling Bluff is now focused on finding the best expression of our vineyard for our wines while making sure we create a legacy of a sustainable family winery that our children will continue with far into the future. From our solar panels to our biodynamic, organic and most importantly to us sustainable farming and winemaking practices, added to our efforts to buying local when possible to our most ambitious mission yet: to use, as much as possible, products that have the lowest possible footprint on our planet.

The Energyplex is Kelownas largest indoor entertainment center for all ages! The kids zone (ages 1-14) has a 4-level jungle gym with tunnels & slides and you can shoot balls in the Ballistix! Adults and kids can go rock climbing, play laser tag, and experience our high ropes climbing course. We have an awesome brand new arcade with lots of games to play and prizes to win. Drop-ins are welcome, no reservations needed! Enjoy a delicious pizza in our brand new bar/lounge area or check out our concession for some snacks! Free Wi-fi, socks required for all participants, and no outside food & drinks allowed. We offer reserved birthday parties, day camps, field trips, team building and corporate events. We are located on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the heart of the Okanangan Valley. At LA FRENZ, we believe the quality in the bottle begins in the vineyard. Cutting edge and meticulous vineyard practices are used in combination with varieties tailored to the unique soils and micro climates of our vineyard sites to produce the vibrant and intense grape characters found only in the Okanagan Valley. The potential of the resulting fruit, using experience and careful stewardship throughout the vinification process, is maintained and enhanced to create exceptional wines that truly reflect the grape variety and vineyard site. We welcome you to our unique wine shop overlooking Lake Okanagan. From April through October, we are open Thursday- Monday (closed Tuesday and Wednesday), 10am to 5pm for tastings and purchases. Join us on our patio for a seated tasting experience or sample at the tasting bar. Seating is limited so reservations are encouraged.

Kalavida is BC's first paddleboard-focused shop and has played an important role in promoting the sport regionally and nationally.
