Deep Bay Marine Field Station
The Deep Bay Marine Field Station provides many learning opportunities for the public. We have aquariums and touch tanks that help to interpret the local marine environment to our visitors. A visit to the station can be quite an interactive experience! We have both guided and self-guided tours that provide interpretation on several themes along with occasional public lectures and special events.
Highland Pacific Golf
Victorias newest public golf course is just a short drive from downtown Victoria. We're an 18 hole championship golf course that is the perfect test for all golfers.The course is routed through rolling hills with stunning viewpoints and punishing dropoffs. Island Golfer Magazine says we have some of the best vistas seen anywhere on any golf course as well as some of the best looking holes on Vancouver Island. We agree! Blackfish Sailing Adventures
Blackfish Sailing Adventures offers sailing trips on a luxury 35 foot cruising yacht for half-day, full-day or overnight charters. We are also an accredited Sailing School and offer sailing and cruising courses from beginner to advanced levels.
3-Hour Sail

Smell the gentle ocean breeze as it lures you away from the dock through Victorias bustling Inner Harbour and out into the beautiful Strait of Juan de Fuca. All guests young and old are encouraged to participate in sailing, so come prepared to tug on the sheets that haul the sails! As we cruise towards the magnificent snow-capped Olympic Mountains, take a turn on the bowsprit or see the majesty of the ship under full sail from our inflatable vessel. Relax and savor your picnic or a sip of wine as we keep our eyes peeled for some of BCs world famous killer whales, or sea lions and bald eagles. Kayak Salt Spring

Pacific Pro Dive and Marine Adventures
Whether you are new to scuba diving or an experienced diver looking to further your education, Pacific Pro Dive offers a wide variety of courses, all the way to Technical Instructor. With our full service dive and surf shop we provide Vancouver Islands best selection of equipment to get you properly suited for local and tropical waters. Our staff are friendly and knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions. We also collaborate with Big Animal Adventures to provide access to boat charters for diving, whale watching & grizzly tours. Zip across the water on a high speed zodiac in search of Whales, Dolphins and other marine life, or travel in comfort on board their covered and heated aluminum coastal cruiser. They've been running marine tours and whale watching expeditions in the Comox and Campbell River waters since 1994.

Yuquot National Historic Site Of Canada
Continuously occupied for over 4,300 years, Yuquot village became the capital for all 17 tribes of the Nootka Sound region. Known as the Birthplace of BC where first contact with European explorers and traders occurred 250 years ago. Attracted to the security of the harbour, it became known to explorers as Friendly Cove. As a result, Yuquot developed into an important centre of trade and diplomacy, and it was briefly the site of Spains only military establishment in present-day Canada.
Sooke Region Museum & Visitor Centre
The Sooke Region Museum & Visitor Centre is a community museum that explores the human and natural heritage of the region from Sooke to Port Renfrew. The museum also operates the local visitor information centre for the region. We have both exhibits in the main museum building and around the grounds. In the Summer we are open 7 days a week. In the off season we are closed Mondays and most Stat holidays. Starting the first Thursday in June, and running until first Thursday in September, we host a night market from 5pm to 8pm and museum stays open during this event.We also usually are closed over Christmas and the first week of January. The museum holds various special event during the year, has a gift shop with local arts & crafts, plus can do special meals for pre-booked tour groups.

Fillongley Provincial Park
Located on peaceful Denman Island, Fillongley Provincial Park is a short 10-minute ferry crossing from Buckley Bay (located between Qualicum Beach and the town of Courtenay). Fillongley is a popular small campground. It has 10 oceanside, compact campsites. It is 80% reservable and reservations are strongly recommended due to the limited number of campsites available. This is the only provincial campground on Denman Island; campers may camp in the adjacent day-use parking lot overnight when the main campground is full (regular camping fees apply to overflow camping).

Mills Landing is a small oceanfront cottage resort on the west coast of Vancouver Island. We cater to people looking for exceptional marine and fishing adventures, and pride ourselves in providing exceptional service in Bamfield BC, Vancouver Island's most historic coastal fishing village. We have four cabins and one house that are available for rental, all with varying amounts of bedrooms and sizes of beds. Our fish cleaning station has a top of the line commercial vacuum sealer as well as a commercial freezer for your catch.

As a family run business in operation since 1983, we welcome you to enjoy the ultimate West Coast experience.
