We are a family style motel situated on Cortes Island, in beautiful British Columbia. Our motel offers ten comfortable and affordable rooms (most rooms have kitchenettes). We welcome families, pets, children, individuals with varying mobility and anyone who wants to experience our beautiful island community. We are situated centrally, close to all amenities and several of our island's most popular hiking trails, beaches & lakes. Picnic tables, BBQs, a campfire pit and hammock are all provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are plenty of whale and bear watching tours, kayak tours, and fishing charters available at Port McNeill's stunning waterfront. The Visitors Information Centre has all the information you need to get to cultural places like the U'mista Cultural Centre, or to world class hiking in Cape Scott Park. Welcome to Mackenzie, BC where the wild roam free! The RV Park includes 18 full service (50 amp) sites, 9 with power only (30 amp) sites, and 7 no-service sites. Tourists may stay 2 nights for free (non-service sites), please register at the Public Works Office. All sites include free firewood, wireless internet, hot showers/flush toilets, and a sani dump near by.
