Our beautiful remote wilderness lodge is located at the shore of Williston Lake, 65 km by boat from Hudson's Hope. Pick up in Hudson's Hope is included. We also provide great guided wilderness adventure for individuals, couples and smaller groups (up to 8 persons). All trips are unique and individual, when it comes to accomodation, activities and duration. We can take you into the Rocky Mountains on horse back in tent camp and spend the days riding and hiking - we can go fishing for huge trouts on the lake - we can explore the area on side-by-sides, and maybe see bears, moose, elk and goats. Tuckkwiowhum Village (pronounced Tuck-wee-ohm) is a First Nations heritage site located in Nlakapamux territory, 5 km south of Boston Bar, British Columbia. Tuckkwiowhum Village was inspired by our desire to preserve and share the culture and traditions of the Nlakapamux people. The name Tuckkwiowhum means a great berry picking place and this area still boasts lush forests and beautiful rolling hills still plentiful with huckleberries, blueberries, and medicinal plants.
