Learn about the arrival of traders and settlers, and peer into the windows of an original Chinatown shop. Meet some individuals from Kelownas past and present, and be inspired by the Central Okanagan Sports Hall of Fame. This museum is also home to two important facilities: the Kelowna Public Archives and the Ursula Surtees Regional Conservation Laboratory.

The BC Wine Information Centre is a wine store with a difference. We love BC wine because it is our home. Our staff have years of intimate wine knowledge that can only come from living in wine country. We commute past vineyards daily and have casual conversations with winemakers weekly when they deliver their wines or shop in our store. We stock over 900 wines from more than 150 BC wineries. Our wine fridge is stocked with ready-chilled bottles of white, rosé, and sparkling wine and The Icon Room features only the most exclusive wines produced in BC. In addition, we have a wide variety of wine accessories, local gourmet food products, gift items, and books about food and wine. We can produce custom gift-baskets or select from ready-made baskets that are always on display. You can join our Wine Club and receive regular shipments of the wines that caught out attention. We can also arrange worry-free shipping of your wine collection home from your touring experiences in the Okanagan.

Haida Style Expeditions is a Haida Owned and Operated, family business practicing sustainable tourism on Haida Gwaii. Owners, James & Shawn Cowpar, identical twins, offer over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry. A team of local professional guides, your safety is our number one priority. We provide a variety of cultural tours into Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve, Marine Conservation Area, and Haida Heritage Site. Guests will have the opportunity to visit ancient village sites, meet the Haida Gwaii Watchmen, watch for wildlife, and experience nature on any one of our three different tours into Gwaii Haanas. On our West Coast Tour, we explore the Ancient Village site of Ts'aahl (Chaatl) where one can view two of the last frontal poles still standing since contact and learn about the history of the village. Providing our clients a holistic experience, we can only enrich their knowledge of fishing techniques, tactics, fish/wildlife, and wild places. In doing so we hope to hook younger children into the thrills of fishing and exploring the great outdoors. I know my passion for fishing and the outdoors stems from a childhood out on the river / lake with a fishing rod in hand.
